Event Check-in: Event check-in opens at 1:00 on Friday March 14 and will run continuously through the event. So you can check in whenever you arrive. 

Express Check-In: If you have completed pre-registration by selecting all the Workshop and Outdoor Journey sessions you are ticketed for, you can check in by going directly to the Badge Pick-Up station when you arrive, get your entry badge, and enjoy the event.

Registration Check-In: If you have not completed pre-registration, your entry badge will not be available at the Badge pick-up desk. Instead, you will need to check in at Guest Services for assistance with completing your registration and picking up your entry badge there. You can avoid the registration lines by completing pre-registration. For any questions or help with that, please contact us at  info@sedonaascensionretreats.com.

Guest Services: The Guest Services desk will be staffed throughout the event for assistance with registration, ticket purchasing, session scheduling, and any other questions you may have about the event.
